We’re growing and looking for part-time Bridal Stylists to join our team starting in November!

At our boutique, we take time with each bride — no rush, no pressure. We’re known for making every bride feel seen, heard, and confident in her decision. You’ll play a key role in building that experience, and in return, we’ll support your growth through ongoing training and supplier education.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with brides to help them find their dream dress
- Provide a fun, stylish, and professional experience from start to finish
- Listen closely to understand the bride’s vision, preferences, and personality
- Maintain a polished appearance and boutique presentation
- Manage styling sessions, take notes, follow up, and support order processing
- Celebrate the “yes” moments — and help make them happen
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, outgoing, and great with people
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Genuinely enjoys helping others feel their best
- Comfortable working toward a closing ratio of 75% or higher after training
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Can commit to at least 20 hours per week, including either Saturday or Sunday each week
- Retail, bridal, or hospitality experience is a plus — but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn — training is provided
