Do I need an appointment to visit Chloe Lane Bridal?
Yes — we are by appointment only to ensure each bride has a private, personalized experience. You can book appointments up to 45 days in advance. If you're planning further ahead, just call or email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How long is each appointment?
Appointments are 2 hours long, giving you plenty of time to explore options and enjoy the experience. Brides may bring up to four guests.
Why is there a limit on guests?
Your bridal appointment should be joyful, not overwhelming. Too many opinions can create confusion or pressure, so we suggest inviting only those whose input truly matters to you. Choose your group with care — and focus on your vision.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We kindly ask that all brides wear underwear to their appointment for hygienic reasons — we will not dress you without it. We recommend neutral-colored undergarments so the focus stays on the gown. Shapewear is not required. In fact, our gowns are so well structured that most brides don’t need it. If you prefer to wear it, you absolutely can — but know that it can slightly alter the way a gown fits and looks.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizes 0 to 28.
What is an off-the-rack gown?
Off-the-rack gowns are beautiful dresses that have been tried on in-store but are still in excellent condition. They’re perfect for brides with shorter wedding timelines or those who love the idea of finding “the one” and taking it home that day. It’s a wonderful option for brides who appreciate value and want a special gown that fits their time frame and price point.
When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
We recommend starting your search about 12 months before your wedding. While many of our gowns arrive within 3 months, this timeline gives you breathing room in case of shipping delays, design changes, or unexpected alterations. You'll also want about 3 months for alterations, so nothing feels rushed.
For brides working with shorter timelines, we’ve got you covered! We offer both off-the-rack gowns and quick-ship options from our designers, allowing you to still have a stunning gown without compromise.
I’m planning to lose weight — when should I start dress shopping?
t’s best to begin shopping when you are close to your goal size. While we can order a gown in a smaller size, there’s always a risk: if you don’t lose as much as planned, the dress may not fit, creating stress. If you lose too much, alterations can become extensive — and in some cases, not feasible.
That said, our team is here to support you at any size. We’re committed to helping you feel confident and beautiful — whether you’ve reached your goal or are still on your journey.
How early should I begin alterations?
Plan to begin alterations about 3 months before the big day. This timeline ensures you have enough time for fittings without the stress of rushing or paying extra for expedited tailoring.
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our gowns typically range between $1,500 and $3,500 USD. We also have off-the-rack options that may be available below $1,500, depending on current availability.
How do you help me stay within my price point?
Our stylists work with your price point and vision to curate gowns before your appointment. This way, you won’t fall in love with a dress that’s far outside your range. On average, we bring out about 10 dresses to try on, and as we learn your preferences, we adjust accordingly. We believe every bride deserves a beautiful dress — no matter her price point. Whether it’s custom-ordered or off the rack, we’ll guide you through thoughtful options that align with your style and comfort.
What if I love a gown but want to customize it?
Many of our designers offer customization options — from neckline changes to added sleeves or extended trains. If you love most of a gown but it’s not quite your “yes” dress, your stylist can walk you through available enhancements to help make it perfect. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We do not accept checks.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. Special-order gowns and veils are made specifically for you once ordered, and off-the-rack styles are sold as-is. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Do you offer plus-size gowns?
Yes! While our largest in-store sample is a size 18 (which generally fits street sizes 14–16 and can be clipped to fit up to a size 22–24), we are happy to help brides of all sizes feel comfortable and celebrated.
If you find a gown you love and want to see it closer to your size, we can often bring in a sample for a second appointment — for a small fee — to help you feel more confident in your choice.
Can I search the store racks myself?
We don’t have open racks to browse—but that’s part of what makes the experience special! Your stylist will hand-pick gowns just for you, based on your style, size, and price point. It’s all about making your appointment fun, focused, and completely personalized.
Do you carry accessories and veils?
Yes! We carry a curated selection of veils and bridal accessories to complete your look. Whether you're looking for something simple and elegant or a statement piece, we can help you find the perfect finishing touches to complement your gown. Our stylists are happy to show you options during your appointment.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer in-house alterations. However, we’re happy to help guide you! We recommend searching for local tailors or seamstresses who have experience working with bridal gowns, as they require special skills and techniques. If you email us, we’d be happy to share the names of a few alteration specialists that our brides have used and trusted in the past.
What payment is required at the time of purchase?
Off-the-Rack Gowns: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Special Orders (Made to Size): A 50% deposit is required to place your order, with the remaining balance due at pickup.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We’re happy to offer flexible payment plans to make your dream dress more accessible.
Special Orders: You can opt to pay 25% down and split the remaining balance into monthly payments over up to 6 months from the order date.
Off-the-Rack Gowns: We offer the same payment plan option. We'll hold the gown at the boutique, and you can take it home once it's paid in full.
Can I take my gown home before it's paid in full?
All gowns must be fully paid before they can leave the boutique.
