When can I expect to be contacted next?

Betsy, our senior stylist, will be reaching out to you a few days before your appointment to set up an introductory call to get to know you better and answer any questions you have. She’ll also let you in on some tips and tricks to make sure your bridal appointment is everything you dreamed it would be.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever makes you feel confident! Once your appointment begins, we will provide you with a robe to wear in between dress fittings. We recommend that you bring the shoes you plan to wear at your wedding to get a more accurate picture of how dresses will look on your big day, or shoes with whatever elevation you have in mind if you haven’t picked out a specific pair yet. Lastly, to get the best idea of what your dress can look like, we recommend wearing nude undergarments.

Why did I have to provide my standard dress size?

At Chloe Lane Bridal, our collection of samples features a variety of styles and sizes so that we can help every bride find her perfect dress. For this reason, some samples will fit our brides very differently, so we want to ensure that we pull dresses that will make you feel the most beautiful. We are also able to order samples in different sizes for brides who are in love with a particular gown, and having information about sizing early on helps us provide this service to our brides.

How many guests can I bring?

We can accommodate 3-4 guests per bride. Betsy will confirm the number of guests you’ll be bringing during your introductory call so that she can ensure the sitting area is arranged prior to your arrival. We encourage our brides to bring guests who will celebrate and uplift you during your appointment - it’s a big step toward your big day, and we want it to be as special as possible.
